Netherlands suspends administrative order against Nexperia

The Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs Vincent Karremans issued a statement on Wednesday announcing the suspension of the administrative order against Nexperia, a Chinese-owned semiconductor company based in the Netherlands, according to Xinhua News Agency.

The Dutch government announced on Sept 30 that it would be taking control of Nexperia for one year, forbidding the company and its subsidiaries from adjusting assets, intellectual property, business operations or its workforce.

To help resolve the issue, China has agreed to the Netherlands sending officials to China for talks on the matter. (Source from China daily)
