  •     On March 19, 2015, relevant staffs from Legal Affairs Division and Opposition Formality Examination Division of Trademark Office met with the visiting Brand Protection Director of Deckers Outdoor Corporation Ms Leah Evert-Burks. Both sides exchanged opinions on the protection to trademark UGG.
