AIPLA visited Trademark Office

　　In the morning of May 26, the president of American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Ms. Sharon A. Israel, lead a delegation formed by 22 people to visit Trademark Office. Relevant staffs from Legal Affairs Division, Application Division, Supervision Division, Opposition Formality Check Division of the Office joined the meeting with Ms. Sharon A. Israel. Both sides discussed sound mark application and its examination standard, evidence for well-known trademark determination, trademark law revision, application division, function of good/service similarity groups, administrative penalty fines on infringements and other common topics.
