New Trademark Law Contest opens – Trademark Office host and China Industry and Commerce New organized the contest

      On May 1, new Trademark Law is implementing officially. To strengthen relevant promotions, to encourage AIC system to study the law and to stipulate public concerns on the law, upon the approval of SAIC, Trademark Office host and China Industry and Commerce New organized the new Trademark Law contest.

      The adoption and implementation of new Trademark Law is a big issue not only in IP area, but also in economic life. It means magnificently in protecting trademark exclusive rights, handling trademark infringements and maintaining a fair, honest and competitive market order. Therefore, the organizer wished AICs at all levels to deploy staffs, local agents, trademark holders and even the whole public to participate in the contest.
